[mythtv] 0.19 Prebuffer Pause when FFing past 3x

Hi,

I hope it's not bad form to post this to the development list.  If so, please
don't hesitate to guide me to the right place.  I recently compiled the latest
stable on my Mandrive LE2006 box and have been very happy with it.  One thing
I've noticed is that when I hit FF past the 3x speed, the video eventually
locks after a few seconds and a whole bunch of 'Prebuffer Pause" errors hit the
frontend log.
