[mythtv] Ticket #1219: LiveTV takes a while to start, and video jerks forwards

Hmm interesting... tho my main problem is the jerking when starting Live TV.

Can't test 8300, nothing works properly :/  Might need to flush the 
database and try again, but I've only got one production backend and I 
don't want to mess it up too much :)
