Because you have not provided the information requested and required
to begin figure out what your problem is.

ON WHAT EXACT REVISION NUMBER DOES THE PROBLEM START.

Until that revision number is provided, this ticket and ones like
it will be closed without discussion. Trac is not a repository
for complaints, the defect tickets are there for fixing problems.
Unreproducible problem statements alone are utterly useless for
this purpose.
