rofl - perhaps you are right...

That said, I wasn't really thinking of making it available as a nice GUI 
type thing, more as a (command line) tool available within SVN for those 
of use who use and test SVN and who would otherwise just go to the site 
to post a ticket. I would hope that that would not result in any more 
(in quantity) "bug" reports, just that those that were submitted would 
be more consistant and contain the "usual suspects" of required info 
(e.g. svn revision, list of modified files, that kind of thing). 
Obviously it wouldn't really matter to the core devs who already submit 
good/well thought out tickets.

Like I say just a thought. I would prefer that Isaac's head didn't 
explode, it would seem altogether much more practical to keep it on top 
of his neck :p
