Schedule looks fine to me, no conflicts (unless I'm reading it wrong, 
Bruce?).  The only reason I can think that you wouldn't see both 
recordings if there was a delay in spinning down the recorder of the 
first show so that when the second started it was still reported as 
"in-use" but I don't see that happening here with my back to back 
recordings.  Perhaps you can capture your backend logs with some 
verbosity during the two 24 recordings to see what happens on the 11th 
or between Everwood and Lost on the 9th but you say it only happens on 
back to backs of the same show. 

BTW, I don't see any subtitle information on 24.  What duplicate 
matching are you using and have you tried turning that off to see if it 
makes a difference and perhaps your provider information is causing Myth 
to dupe match on non-dupes?
