This is definitely still an issue. Isaac hinted  (in a very polite way ;-) ) 
that
the settings might be wrong. Which settings do you refer to?
Can't the subsequent recordings have any overrecord?
Just happened to me with two recordings of "24" here so I 
really want to know.
