[mythtv] Ticket #2762: Missing define for "dvb_fe_caps_extended extinfo" in libmythtv/dvbchannel.h

I suspect there's more to this than just a missing define.. the old way of
getting frontend into has changed and it looks like extended info hasn't
been changed with it. When I start the backend it segfaults shortly after
DTVChannel::SetSIStandard setting a QMutex lock.
