[mythtv] SVN font size adjustments?

Those are for QT fonts, not for Myth (themed) fonts.  AIUI, when MythUI 
is completed, those options will disappear because Myth will not be 
using any QT widgets directly (only MythUI widgets).

I think for the others (Big and Small) to do something, you have to 
change your QT theme.  (qt-config or something?)
