I think it might make sense to trigger the LiveTV session to change to a
different tuner, preferably one that has the same channel you're currently
watching.  So, a LiveTV session would get pushed to the lowest priority tuner
over time, but only if necessary to allow better/higher-priority tuners to be
used to record something.  This could be setup as the default option for the
popup menu instead of the current method.
