It's a bug in the pid filter limit code introduced in [10860], I've
attached a possible fix to ticket #1970. Can you give it a try?

BTW This bug should have no real effect on scheduled recordings,
other than printing out a stream of warnings, but will make LiveTV
channel flipping slower.
