[mythtv] [mythtv-commits] Ticket #1919: Schema Change for MythMusic/Web + mp3Act Port

maybe any other people can install the mp3act part of the patch and 
should test if it works on their system, but i think it should do...

and also the binary_files.bz2 need to be installed to mythweb for the 
mp3act patch...
