[mythtv] Time stretch in playback group initially ignored

I'd seen this for a while but had been too busy/lazy to look into
until now.  Changeset 10252 was the culprit.  It reset the speed back
to 1.0x whenever framesPlayes was < 5.  IOW, whenever you played from
the beginning of a recording it would happen.  I've disabled that
check for non-DVD cases until skamithi can look into it.
