The select or playback key. (playback wasn't working in list view, will next
patch)

Maybe for 0.21, 0.20 is imminent. As of this morning a patch fixing all
known MythVideo tickets and bugs that I'm aware of is up there. My plan for
0.20 at this point is to fix problems with that patch.

There were some prior changes that didn't see -fixes, I don't remember if
they overlap. Apart from playing certain file types with the internal player
(.img and directories with VIDEO_TS), SVN MythVideo + patch should work in
0.19-fixes (not that I've tried, judging entirely from the changes).
