[mythtv] MythWeather Addition

Chris,

I've looked over Lucien's work on MythWeather.  Looks like a lot of progress
so far.  I'm going to download the latest SVN release and mull over the code
a bit.  Is there any way to get in touch with him to see what I might be
able to contribute to the project?
