[mythtv] PIN protected setup menu problem in SVN head 10684

Hi.

I've just upgraded a box that was previous running 0.19-fixes to SVN
head.  I had the setup menus password protected and now I can't get into
them at all.  No prompt to enter the PIN appears.  The 2nd 'setup' menu
button has absolutely no effect.

Writing 0 to SetupPinCodeRequired in the settings table seems to have
cleared the problem.

Just thought you might like to know...
