Because the user has specified the same callsign for both channels, so 
to Myth, the channels are identical.  If the user wants control over 
whether recordings are done on the PVR-350 (channel 1) versus the sky 
digibox (channel 52), he needs to specify different callsigns (i.e. for 
channel 1 use callsign BBC1 and for channel 52 use callsign BBC1-sky or 
something).  Then, scheduling a "channel-specific" recording for channel 
52 (BBC1-sky) would result in recording on that sky.

Note, though, that if using different callsigns for the two channels, 
and the user wants to create a recording rule that captures from either 
input, he will need to use an "any channel" rule (because the two 
channels are now treated as distinct).  (Otherwise, for "channel" rules, 
he would have to create two rules--one for channel 1 and one for channel 
52.)
