I updated to 9773, cleared the whole program table in DB and now 
everything works. I have Finnish EIT data AND the descriptions are no 
longer in subtitle field. Don't know what caused the problem with 
descriptions earlier. I'm glad that we don't need a fixup routine.

I think that #1688 can be closed now.
