[mythtv] Should I add a new cardtype to the database?

Yeah, the IVTV_IOC_[GS]_CODEC bits, need replacing with VIDIOC_[GS]_MPEGCOMP.  
Also a.t.m. the number of available stream types in v4l isn't quite as large 
as IVTV.  I hadn't got it all working yet, but thought I'd get the database 
side setup as I fiddled with the output...

Fair enough, if you don't want the addition that's cool - don't get me wrong 
I'm all for me not doing work ;-) I shall revert back to a non-editted MythTv 
and use the cx88 patch that contains IVTV ioctls.
