[mythtv] ring buffer and live TV

the "large" delay (which I don't even notice) is the system buffering
LiveTV so that you can pause, rewind, etc.
S-Video/RCA connection input works because it still goes through the
same framegrabbers/encoders.  You simply have to control the external
source over RS232, firewire or w/ an IRblaster
