[mythtv] Ticket #1578: Mythfrontend segfault w/dvb radio PID type(private-sec 0x5), MHEG?

Daniel, I don't wish to bug, but I was wondering if you had a few minutes to
look at this one. I'm sure it's something simple but I don't know enough
about TS packets to really know what I'm looking at.

Here's some more variables I printed out in gdb to attempt to track down the
issue:

(gdb) p write_section_data::tss->section_index
$3 = 183
(gdb) p write_section_data::tss->section_h_size
$4 = 37
(gdb) p handle_packet::p
$5 = (const uint8_t *) 0xbe9eedd5 "\002°\""
(gdb) p handle_packet::len
$6 = 0
(gdb) p handle_packet::packet
$7 = (const uint8_t *) 0xbe9eedd0 "G@!\021"
