	Maybe down at the pub, or on IRC, or in the Wiki,
or mythtv-users as a last resort.


	The -dev list should be for discussing _how_to_code_
the proposed changes.

e.g. libs/libmythtv/dvbchannel.cpp and tv_rec.cpp
      would be starting points
