I just did a lossless transcode with SVN head r9652 and it worked 
flawlessly.

I'm not running the latest ffmpeg (actually an old version, 0.4.8).  
But, I thought mythtranscode used the ffmpeg libs in Myth, not the 
system libs, anyway.
