Patch attached for 0.19-fixes.  Very big and untried.

Because the scheduler now understands RecordPreRoll there is no long a need 
for use by welcomedialog.*, mainserver.cpp, tv_rec.* and 
previewgenerator.cpp.

First time at changing tables and UI,
