Right. All that DVBChannel should be doing is blocking until the tuner
is on the right frequency, it should not block until we have a lock,
that is the job of the signal monitor.

My only "critical" ticket :)

This was supposed to be fixed this week, but I lost my boot drive
including my home directory Tuesday night. (After installing some
new hardware). I've now restored almost everything to a new hard
drive from backup. But I'm leaving town for the long weekend
early-ish tomorrow, so this will have to wait a little bit longer.
