[mythtv] getting blocked recordings whenever two shows are in a row with latest svn

I'll just throw a 'me too' in here. Using SVN from 9/29.  Same
characteristics as Jack noted.  I got a zero length file out of it and
this ivtv error in /var/log/messages:

Oct  4 21:30:33 localhost kernel: ivtv: v4l2 ioctl: set format failed,
capture in progress
