[mythtv] Mythtranscode issues

Can you run mythbackend with the "-v jobqueue" command line?  This will
print
out the command lines that are being used for mythcommflag and mythtranscode
so we can see what is going on.

            Here is the output after enabling the verbose jobqueue :
