For some reason SIParser is seeing the VCT table differently
than ScanStreamData. The only suggestion I can give you for 
now is to either apply the workaround above or try commenting
out "#define USE_SIPARSER" in siscan.h, or simply NULL the 
atscsrcid column and tune to the mpeg program number (serviceid).

I'm planning to look at merging the two parsers for 0.20,
but it is a rather large undertaking..
