Woo hoo, it's fixed 7372 did the trick. Channel changes are now fast, and work on all tuners dvb and analogue, without killing the backend. The "should have gotten a lock" message is still there on the dvb/t channels, but that's minor.

Log:

Fix signature of IsPaused(void), it should be a const
function, but wasn't in NVR.

I believe this was the cause of Wendy's bt878 
"channel changing" problem.
