This happens to me in the earlier 7738 build.... same issue, with 0 byte 
file generated.
I was holding off updating until Isaac sorts live TV out to his 
satisfaction - but seeing as there's been some pretty wholesale mods to 
the live tv code (and the issue's still there), I guess the problem is 
elsewhere - or in a bit that Isaac hasn't touched yet...
