Now the fonts in the osd menu is too wide/fat all the time, no matter if
it's a 4:3 recording from my ananlog card or recording from my dvb card in
widescreen.
There is a small difference between 16:9 and 4:3 recordings, i can see a bit
more text in 16:9 recordings than in 4:3

Not sure if it matters or not but i have "DisplaySize 400 225" in my
xorg.conf file to get the proper aspect on my widescreen tv.
