[mythtv] Autoexpire doesn't remove LiveTV files

"All Programs" = "All Recordings" + "LiveTV"
I actually use recording groups to /allow/ me to filter by what I want
to watch, but I have the PlaybackBox default to showing "All
Recordings." That way, I can see what's been recently recorded, so I
can watch those recent episodes of Lost or Surface immediately. But, if
I'm in the mood for a Movie or a Half-hour Sitcom, I can filter the list.
So, instead of forcing the user to set a checkbox in settings (and
adding another setting), we could just have two virtual recording
groups, "All Programs" and "All Recordings."
