[mythtv] Debian apt packages

I'd like to help if I can be of any. I've got some spare CPU cycles available 
to build a Debian64 package. ("spare" AthlonXP 3200+)

These are the packages I needed to compile by hand for my amd64 builds that 
weren't available in Sarge, Sid, or Etch:
lame
libraw - for firewire
libiec - for firewire

so these would need to be packaged as well.
