[mythtv] Undefined symbols in libmythtv/previewgenerator.o after 11/15 on MacOSX

If running the frontend only is now unsupported, shouldn't the configure 
script be changed to "backend=yes" since it's default "backend=no". 
Seemed that
changing backend to yes in configure fixed the problem both on both 
Panther and Tiger.
