[mythtv] MythGame new RomDB commit

Yup that's me. Lots of MAME roms all zipped up, most with multiple  
files in the zips from the sampling that i unziped to check. thanks  
for the quick reply and as usual for the brain sweat that goes into  
making this work. I'll test out the new romDB and report back.
