[mythtv] jumping picture

As another data point, I am seeing the same thing, with a fresh
checkout from around midnight last night.  But the jumpiness is only
with the bob deint turned on.  Reverting to the old version gives a
perfectly stable and clear picture, with bob deint.

FC2, AthlonXP system, with dual pvr-250s for all capture.
