[mythtv] [PATCH] audio sync adjustment

this is a small patch which allows the adjustment of audio sync to match the
video.
only menu access at this time. I didnt think a key would be necessary as its
not needed in most cases.
it stays up for 10 seconds so you have a chance to adjust it while watching
the lip movements.
the display shows only the delta ms for the current adjust session. the
baseline is reset everytime the adjuster is brought up.

works well for the 3 avi files I have that needed it.
also included is audio sync adjust if there is a huge jump (1000000 ms) in
the audio sync to video sync just in case it happens (which it used to
before my mpeg pts adjustment in the aviseek patch).
