[mythtv] Error finding codec: mpeg4 with cvs

This also caused one of my recordings that normaly records in mpeg4 to be
recorded in rtjpeg.
The strange thing is that for a 1 hour show, the filesize is about 20Gb,
that's almost 20 times the normal size :-)

Usualy rtjpeg makes files about twice as big as mpeg4 recordings, but 20gb?
That's a bit too much
