[mythtv] Attn: binary package maintainers -- 0.18.1 OpenGL Vsync bug

I managed to miss a small change that causes OpenGL Vsync to not build on 
0.18.1, so if you're a package maintainer, and your packages are supposed to 
have OpenGL in them, you probably want to add this patch:
