[mythtv] NVidia XvMC Prebuffering Pauses

David,
Thanks for the tips. Turning off Texture Vsync Blank seemed to provide
a marginal improvement. I'd really like to downgrade my NVidia drivers,
but with my kernel (2.6.11.7) I can't seem to get anything earlier than
7167 to compile. I'm attaching the compiler error from the NVidia
autobuild in case it gives anyone a clue as to what's causing my
incompatibility.
