[mythtv] weird interlacing flips at the top of the screen

I've always had a single row of white pixels with flickering/moving black segments 
across the top of my screen. (x86, nova-t DVB card, nvidia video card)
I'd always thought it was related to the video output and or my television, but 
perhaps it's related to your problem instead.....
