[mythtv] mythquery

I always missed some minor things in mythweb so I did this little rails
application:

mythquery is a simple but effective query list I use for daily program
tracking. programs which are found by the query list are linked to
mythweb for scheduling. the query list is permanent and it scans the
program for relevant entries in mythconverg.
