[mythtv] [PATCH] Frontend Menu and Setup Reorganized

Hi Risto,

I had a chance to see this last night - seems a lot better, but maybe
thats because any change is nice :)

one thing - going into Media Library of the main menu caused mythfrontend
to exit..
