[mythtv] XvMC and ./configure

Hi All,

Has someone made a change to how configure treats --enable-xvmc? I  
just tried to build from current CVS and got both XvMC support (which  
I wanted) and XvMC VLD support enabled. Since I'm an nVidia only  
system I'm getting the following in the build:
xvmc_render.h:17:36: X11/extensions/vldXvMC.h: No such file or directory
Since my system doesn't have VIA, I of course don't have the file.
