Basically, you need to edit the appropriate file (settings.pro? PREFIX, 
etc... )... I don't recall exactly since the mythtv autoconf stuff is new 
and slightly unusual.  Basically,
PREFIX=/usr/local/encap/mythtv-0.18

for *BOTH* the mythtv tarball, and plugins tarball.
