I'll have to look at this more in detail when i get home, but it looks at a
glance like there are some entries in the channel table that are not correct..
>From the process shown at the top of your script it sounds like you are doing
the right thing, although I think mythfilldatabase just needs to fuzzy match
the names from the scaned names / major minor numbers instead of an external
script so its easier for the end user to set it up and just have it work..

Like John said dumping your channel, dtv_multiplex, and videosource tables might
help me in remote debuging it.. If not look for me on IRC tonight and i'll see
if I can figure out what went wrong..
