[mythtv] [PATCH] mythgallery: retrieve and show captions

Attached diff adds two settings to MythGallery.

One is a command to execute for each image which should return the caption 
for an image [I'm using MythGallery on top of other albumsoftware, and have 
caption in a separate file in the image directory]. This caption is then 
shown in the iconview instead of the filename.

The second option enables (for regular singleview only, as I don't use 
OpenGL) showing the caption in a semi-transparant pop-up box during the 
slideshow.
