Hitting the left arrow seems to cause it to move back too many frames, 
but then it immediately realizes it over-shot and corrects itself.  The 
OSD is erased and redrawn.

I am guessing that it is searching for the previous keyframe, and then 
moving forward to the desired location.  The "bug" would be that it 
actually draws the previous keyframe instead of *just* the desired location.

Hitting the right arrow does not cause this behavior.

Did I explain that well enough?
