[mythtv] [PATCH] protocol extensions, revised again to add row counts

Based on feedback from Isaac, here is another version of the patch.  For the 
generic SQL query, it provides a row and column count.  For cutlists and 
commercial breaks, it provides a row count.

Anything else to change?
