[mythtv] Compiling mythphone on FC3 x86_64

So I went to recompile mythphone this morning after a fresh cvs checkout
last night.  Imagine my surprise...

g++ -c -pipe -Wall -W -g -D_REENTRANT -fPIC  -D_GNU_SOURCE -DPREFIX=
\"/usr/local\" -D_REENTRANT -DUSE_PTHREADS -DWAV49 -DFESTIVAL_HOME=
\"/home/paul/Build/festival/festival/\" -DQT_THREAD_SUPPORT -DQT_PLUGIN
-I/usr/lib/qt-3.3/mkspecs/default -I. -I../../../../../include -
I/home/paul/Build/festival/festival//src/include -
I/home/paul/Build/festival/speech_tools//include -
I/usr/lib/qt-3.3/include -o main.o main.cpp

Uhhh... why is this using /home/paul/Build? Someone left something in
the tree from their build system? ;)

So onto issue 2. It's currently been make quite apparent that while
there is a festival package for both FC3 (i386) and FC3 (x86-64), the
festival-devel package only exists for FC3 (i386). Of course, neither
is compiling for me right now, due to yet-to-be-determined reasons, but
I'll get there...
