[patch] RE: [mythtv] New configure script oddities

Attached patch:

- enable doc of --disable-opts config param

- add OPTFLAGS to QMAKE_CXXFLAGS_DEBUG (if you want to build without
optimizations though you'll need --disable-opts)

- make QMAKE_CFLAGS_DEBUG=QMAKE_CXXFLAGS_DEBUG (as is done for release)
